Come out on February 7 for to hear my co-host, Paula Farkas,
do a feature set of her poetry! Paula has been writing
for many years, and running open readings in
the East Bay since the 1990s. Her poetry
often takes humorous and surreal turns
and is a treat to hear!

We have an open mic, too, and everyone gets up to 10 minutes
to do their thing. We welcome music, dancing, singing,
performance art, poetry, prose―bring it on!

Day of the Dead Cafe serves yummy hot dogs: veggie, all beef,
 and chicken apple, to name a few, as well as salad, sandwiches, sweets,
and (by all accounts) amazing coffee. Come and enjoy a meal along with
delectable words served as many ways as you can imagine!
